Garden and landscape architecture at its best!

This large garden will be designed as a landscape garden that blends seamlessly with the surrounding hilly landscape. Ponds, ditches, pollard willows, extensively and intensively maintained grassland, wild hedges and native trees determine the atmosphere of an authentic Flemish landscape.

In addition, a cultivated garden joins the house and the outbuildings. In the front garden, an entrance square with parking space and, on the garden side of the house, a terrace connected to the swimming pool and a small flower garden. To best anchor these garden elements with the architecture of the house, we designed a long plinth consisting of garden paths, retaining walls and steps. These are realised with the same brick as the house so as to form a harmonious whole.

This long plinth can be seen as a long platform from which the residents can overlook the gently sloping landscape garden.
